These terms govern your use of the Biznexa website and the general basis on which Biznexa Corporate Services (“Biznexa”, “we”, “us”) provides its services. By using this website you agree to them. Each engagement is also covered by the written proposal or engagement letter we agree with you; if the two differ, the engagement letter applies.
1. Our services
We provide corporate services in the UAE, including company formation, visa and residency processing, corporate banking introductions, PRO and government services, VAT, tax and accounting support, and local sponsorship arrangements. The exact scope, fees and timelines for your case are set out in your written proposal.
2. Prices and estimates
- Prices on this website, in the cost calculator and from the chat assistant are indicative and for guidance only.
- Your final price is confirmed in writing before you commit. It depends on your activity, jurisdiction, visa count, office type and the authorities' current fees and promotions.
- Government and authority fees are set by those authorities and may change without notice.
3. Approvals and timelines
Licences, visas, bank accounts and other approvals are granted at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities and institutions. We prepare and submit your applications with care, but we cannot guarantee an approval or a specific timeline. Timelines we share are estimates based on normal processing.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, and tell us promptly about any change.
- Use your company, licence and visas only for lawful purposes and in line with UAE law.
- Pay fees as agreed in your proposal or engagement letter.
5. Payments and refunds
Payment terms are set out in your proposal. Government, authority and third-party fees paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable once submitted. Any refund of our own service fees is handled according to your engagement letter.
6. Website use
The content of this website, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to Biznexa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on this site is general and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Biznexa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions, delays or fee changes by authorities, banks or other third parties. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that engagement.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
