Biznexa Corporate Services (“Biznexa”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and when you work with us, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It is written to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
1. Who we are
Biznexa is a corporate services firm based at Office M 51, Al Gurg Building, Umm Hurrair St, Al Karama, Dubai. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Details you give us — your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, nationality, business activity, the jurisdiction or services you are interested in, and anything you write in a message, the cost calculator, the chat assistant or the offer form.
- Documents for your service — when you engage us, the documents a setup legally requires, such as passport copies, photos, visa details and shareholder information.
- Anonymous usage statistics — which pages are viewed, the website that referred you, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), your approximate country (and city, where available) as reported by our content-delivery network, and a random ID stored in your browser so we can count unique visitors. We do not store your IP address with these statistics, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site today; if we add any, we will update this policy first.
- Preferences stored in your browser — for example your light/dark theme choice and whether you have dismissed a popup. These stay on your device and are not sent to us (apart from the random visitor ID above).
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or tailored offer.
- To deliver the services you ask for — company formation, visas, banking introductions, PRO, tax and accounting.
- To meet legal duties, including know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks required by UAE authorities, free zones and banks.
- To keep this website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
Only as needed for the service you request, and only with:
- Government departments, free-zone and mainland authorities, immigration and other regulators that process your application.
- Banks and financial institutions you ask us to introduce you to.
- Trusted providers that help us run our business (for example website hosting and email), bound to keep your data confidential.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
This site also loads content from third parties — Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map on the contact page. Those services may receive technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up with you. Client files are kept for as long as UAE law and our regulatory obligations require, then securely deleted.
6. Your rights
Subject to UAE law, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls and limited staff access — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please share documents through the channels we agree with you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
